Initial Contact
- Gather general information about the client and their project
- Schedule a face to face meeting to discuss goals
Introduction & Goals Phase
- Gather specific information about the property
- Discuss project concepts including goals for functionality and budget
- Provide a preliminary project budget range
- Sign a Partner Plan Agreement and pay retainer fee
Partner Plan Agreement Phase
- Meet with the designer
- Draft conceptual plans
- Complete product selection
- Determine actual cost of the project
- Review completed construction agreement (including tentative time line and payment schedule)
- Sign construction agreement and pay deposit
Construction Agreement Phase
Pre-Construction Phase
- Assign project to production schedule
- Introduce the client to the Production Manager and/or Lead Carpenter
- Finalize any outstanding details
Construction Phase
- Obtain permits
- Perform the work on site
- Maintain regular communication with the client
- See the concept take shape and become a reality
- Undergo final inspections and complete a walk-through with the client
